Rowena Seabrook
Agile in Action - Course Leader
Rowena Seabrook is the Course Leader for the Agile in Action course.
Ro brings over 25 years of experience as an educator as well as managing programmes, projects and teams. She was a middle-leader in the charity sector for almost a decade and played a key role in embedding agile ways of working in the Human Rights Education team at Amnesty International UK.
Ro’s passion for agile ways of working grew out of a commitment to values-based leadership, meaningful monitoring and evaluation, and collaborative teamwork. She has seen first hand how agile can support equity, wellbeing and performance in a fully integrated way.
Education is Ro’s purpose and for the Agile in Action course, she draws on her skills of teaching and training offline, online and in blended contexts. A PhD in education is also in sight as Ro is currently completing her thesis with a focus on blended learning for human rights education.
