Rowena Seabrook
Course Leader and Agile Coach


Rowena Seabrook brings over 25 years of experience as an educator as well as managing programmes, projects and teams. As a middle-leader in the charity sector for almost a decade. she first bumped into agile ways of working while leading the Human Rights Education Team at Amnesty International UK. There she worked with Tilt embed agile ways of working.
Now as a member of Team Tilt, Ro is the Course Leader for the Agile in Action course, and leads the Charity Agile Leaders Club. You will also find Ro facilitating workshops and coaching teams and managers to embed more agile ways of working.
Ro’s passion for agile ways of working grew out of a commitment to values-based leadership, meaningful monitoring and evaluation, and collaborative teamwork. She has seen first hand how agile can support equity, wellbeing and performance in a fully integrated way.
Education is Ro’s purpose and for the Agile in Action course, she draws on her skills of teaching and training offline, online and in blended contexts. Ro has just achieved a PhD on blended learning for human rights education.
