I’m leaving with resources in my back pocket and I’m excited to put them into action. I’m not on my own in this anymore!”

FAQs
This course provides a foundation in applying the principles of agile ways of working to projects, products, teams – any piece of work!
It’s perfect for anyone in charities or the public sector looking to build their confidence and knowledge ready to take a more agile approach.
The course is 6 weeks long. During each week of the course please protect the 2 hours for our live workshop together. You will also need to block out 2 hours in your diary to complete independent work that we will share with you ahead of each workshop. This will help you to absorb the tools, techniques and templates you will need. Throughout the course you will be applying your learnings to work you’re already doing.
When you sign up to the course you’ll get a document to share with your manager and team to get their support in protecting your learning time.
You will join roughly 8-10 folks from other charities. In Spring 2023 we had 7 charities represented including Crisis, RSPB, Blood Cancer UK and others. You will build a close bond with your coursemates ready to continue to support each other after the course.
Tilt’s Agile Mastermind Group is an exclusive peer mentoring program for leaders who are actively implementing agile ways of working in their charities.
You’ll join 4-8 others to create a focused support network and harness guidance and new perspectives for your biggest challenges and opportunities.
We will facilitate you to create a safer space for open discussion and courageous problem-solving.

Yes – there are two ways to take part in the course:
By booking one or more places on a cross-sector cohort, which brings together learners from different organisations and runs multiple times a year.
By arranging a dedicated in-house cohort just for your organisation.

Space to tackle internal challenges together.
Stronger team alignment and collaboration.

Insights from a mix of organisations and roles.
The chance to connect and learn from peers outside your organisation.
Flexibility – not everyone needs to attend at once, so teams can stay covered.
A range of cohort dates throughout the year to choose from.

I really enjoyed the course – both the content and the way it was delivered. I found it really thought provoking and also have come away with a ton of practical ideas.
I’m now running two project groups using sprints and the agile planning boards you shared. I am applying so many of the facilitation techniques I learned. I’ve taken A LOT from it. A huge thank you from me!
